A hotel refurbishment and extension project in Marbella combining partial demolition, interior renovation and new-build intervention within an existing coastal hospitality asset. The scheme reorganised the hotel through a new stepped building volume, upgraded public areas, a reconfigured wellness programme, expanded food and beverage spaces, underground parking and logistics, and additional villa accommodation, all while working within an active planning and regulatory framework tied to the site’s urban and coastal conditions.
